UW Health Mindfulness will offer a BIPOC half-day retreat on September 16 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Open to beginner and experienced BIPOC mindfulness practitioners.
Join them in this retreat for people who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) to practice in community. Their retreat will include periods of guided meditation, gentle movement, time for silent reflection, and time to be in dialogue together.
