Join Us for Meditation. Developing a meditation practice is easier in the company of others. We offer three meditations each week in the Madison metropolitan area – one central, one west, and one east. An introduction to meditation is offered on the 2nd Sunday of each month. All are open to everyone and are ‘drop-in’.
PLEASE NOTE: There will NOT be a Tuesday meditation on FEBRUARY 19. We will resume regular weekly sessions on Feb. 26.
