Join us for an opportunity for extended meditation practice of alternating sitting meditation and walking meditation. You are invited to join the morning at any point,on the hour, from 9-noon. The meditation period is followed by a potluck meal. People are invited to attend both the meditation and potluck or just one or the other.
These periodic mornings of practice are a wonderful break from the frenetic pace of everyday life and can allow the mind and heart to become surprisingly quieter in a relatively few hours.
