Welcome to MIMG & Introduction to Meditation

An event every month that begins at 6:00 pm on day Second of the month, repeating until March 13, 2020
Second Sunday of the month, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Once each month, at the same time and location as the regular Sunday evening meditation, we offer a two-hour introduction to the practice. The introduction occurs in a room separate from the regular sitting. Our sessions are open to everyone. If you have not meditated before, or if you’d like a refresher, we invite you to attend this monthly instruction session. If you have meditated previously, and feel at ease with meditating for a 45 minute period, you are welcome to come to any session. We hope you will join us soon!
